Accessibility Statement
Vyelix is committed to making its website, app, checkout, privacy controls, and creator business tools accessible to people with disabilities.
Our Accessibility Target
Vyelix aims to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical for the current product. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and this statement is not a legal certification or guarantee that every third-party service, browser, assistive technology, or older feature will be error-free.
Accessibility Features Implemented
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and tables for public legal, pricing, and policy content.
- Keyboard-accessible links, forms, dialogs, privacy controls, and discount flows.
- A visible skip link to move directly to the main page content.
- Visible focus styles for links, buttons, inputs, selects, text areas, and custom controls.
- Reduced-motion support for users who request less animation.
- Text labels or accessible names for form fields, icon buttons, privacy controls, and close buttons.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom, mobile viewports, and reflow without requiring horizontal scrolling except for data tables.
- Plain-language privacy, cookie, terms, and accessibility information available from public pages.
Known Limitations
Some functionality depends on third-party providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare Turnstile, Zernio, OpenAI, Vercel, and browser or operating-system accessibility settings. Vyelix does not control every third-party interface, but we try to choose reputable providers and design our own flows so essential account, checkout, and privacy actions remain understandable and keyboard accessible.
Ongoing Practices
- Review new UI for keyboard operation before launch.
- Run linting and automated accessibility checks where practical.
- Manually test critical flows with keyboard-only navigation.
- Keep form labels, status messages, error messages, and helper text programmatically available.
- Review color contrast, focus visibility, table structure, and reduced-motion behavior as designs change.
- Prioritize accessibility bugs that block sign-up, checkout, privacy rights, billing, or account access.
